InStore Technology employs knowledgeable technicians with years of experience repairing supermarket technology (computers, printers, touchscreens, scanners, scales, self-service check outs and more).

At InStore Technology, our technicians have years of industry experience working with:

  • NCR FastLane / Self Checkout Lanes and Attendant Station
  • SC7500 Smart Safes & SB9 Cash Discriminators
  • Point-of-sale (POS) printers such as Epson and Citizen
  • Point-of-sale (POS) cash registers including NCR, IBM, Fujitsu and TEC/Toshiba
  • Point-of-sale (POS) Monitors – a good number of models
  • Computer repair (most models including Acer and HP)

With over 400 supermarket customers, we understand what it takes to keep your supermarket running smoothly. And because we know that not all supermarkets are the same, we offer a variety of service options:

  • Carry-in Maintenance Service: Carry in your equipment for service and repair. We will repair it and call you when your equipment is ready.
  • Depot Maintenance Program:Through our Depot Maintenance Program, we provide maintenance, service and repair for your equipment with a minimum of hassle for you. We ship you a replacement (printer, terminal, Scanner etc) and you simply ship us the defective piece of equipment back.
  • Full On-site Service Programs:We offer maintenance agreements for on-site hardware maintenance and support. Our service technicians will provide regular equipment maintenance or resolve your POS difficulty on-site, ensuring your store continues to run smoothly and profitably.
  • Custom Maintenance Programs: We would be happy to discuss our service offerings and put together a program that works best for you.

Our office is located at: 220 South Findlay in the Georgetown area of Seattle. In order to serve our customers better, the Help Desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our sales and accounting departments are open 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. Emergency Service is available 24x7x365.
